Triton Boutique Hotel, Kos
The Triton Hotel was built in 1980 and was known as the "Chevalier Hotel", one of the most characteristic hotels on the island, which was abandoned and remained out of operation for several years.
It was purchased by the family business of Irini Svinou in 2003 and immediately completely renovated and reopened, under a new name, as the "TRITON" Hotel. It became very popular with the public and its characteristic feature was the Italian restaurant, which operates as one of the best restaurants on the island.
